The main applicatons

HDPE/MDPE water supply and gas pipe, PE, PP and other polyolefins, such as water supply, gas pipe, PPR/PE - RT/PEX, small tubes,PE/PP DWC pipes etc.

This series of screw designed mainly for all kinds of pipe extrusion, screw structure is divided into regular and efficient type two kinds, a new type of high efficient screw using separation type plus barrier and mixed structure, machine barrel adopts 

the split type, the structure of the spiral groove inside hole, can greatly improve the efficiency of the extrusion production line.the screw is treated with high wear-resistant tungsten carbide meanwhile.
